A Doctor Who Lived It First
My journey into men’s health began with my own experience. Like many of my clients, I was frustrated by being told that my declining energy, focus, and vitality were simply ‘normal aging’ that I should accept. Despite feeling that something was wrong, traditional testing showed my testosterone was in the ‘normal range’ — which, according to conventional medicine, meant nothing needed to be done.
When I was finally given the opportunity to begin hormone replacement therapy, I approached it with healthy skepticism. What happened next changed the course of my career. The improvements were sustainable and measurable — in my energy, mental clarity, physical performance, and overall sense of wellbeing. I had discovered firsthand what happens when we optimize hormones rather than accepting ‘age-appropriate’ decline.
This personal transformation ignited my professional passion. I completed 80 hours of specialized training through Worldlink Academy and earned certification in hormone replacement therapy. What began as a personal health journey evolved into a calling — to help other men who find themselves where I once was.
