1. Telehealth Services

Roving Rock Med provides healthcare services via telehealth. By using this site, you acknowledge that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person visits, including the inability to perform a physical exam. You agree to provide accurate health history to ensure safe treatment.

2. No Emergency Care

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. This website and our clinical services are not for emergency or urgent medical needs. Our response times for portal messages are not instantaneous.

3. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

To receive treatment, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a state where Roving Rock Med is licensed to practice. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we determine you are not a clinical candidate for hormone optimization.

4. Prescription Policy

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our medical providers based on clinical necessity and lab results. We do not guarantee a specific prescription (e.g., Testosterone) simply upon request.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees for consultations, labs, and medications are disclosed prior to billing. Many of our programs operate on a subscription basis. You are responsible for all charges incurred, and cancellations must be made according to the timeline specified in your patient portal.

6. Informed Consent

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge the risks and benefits of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which will be discussed during your consultation. You agree to follow the prescribed dosage and undergo periodic lab monitoring as required by your provider.

Roving Rock Med is not liable for any damages resulting from your failure to provide complete and accurate medical information, or your failure to follow the treatment plan as prescribed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, KS.
